I've been a loyal customer with fabulous owner, Josh Roberts, and wonderful company, Air Doc's since he first started. In the beginng, he personally came for 6 month service on my old unit. Also, when repairs were needed, he replaced parts. One time when it was @ 90* weather, the part wasn't available & he said he would make sure I would be coool. He drove to PSL from Vero & back in rush hour. He stayed til it was installed and the air working til @ 7 p.m. He didn't charge extra, missed dinner. and made sure it was coool. Th... read more

One of the first things we did when we moved into our home was to purchase a new AC from AirDocs. They have serviced both of our AC units ever since. Whenever we have an issue, AirDocs gives us ?same day service!? That means a lot when you come home late in the afternoon to a home that is 80 degrees. If they can?t fix your issue that day, they have loaner AC units on most trucks. They are #1 in my estimate. It was the best choice we ever made. Joe was experienced and knew exactly what we needed. When the crew arrived to install the units, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. The air is fresh and the house feels so comfortable !! To all my neighbors: 4 Years ago when Airdocs came out to give me an estimate on replacing my 5 ton a/c unit, which was 18 years old and failing after numerous repairs, they sent Joe, a Senior HVAC Technician with the company. The level of professionalism was 5 stars! The efficiency of the work done was beyond my expectations. I met with Joe for an estimate on Friday evening and a team was at my home the following morning. These guys worked over 10 hours ensuring my ducts were cleaned/ sanitized, and the new inside and outside units were installed. I would recommend to family and friends. The techs Joe and ( can� t remember the other gentlemen) provided top notch customer service.

All of the people who came by to install my new air conditioner were professional, courteous, and just overall nice gentleman. They did the installation just under three hours and cleaned up the area after they were through. I will highly recommend them to anyone else who needs any of their services they were recommended to me, and I have thanked the person that recommended them to me because it was a great recommendation.

It has been a horrible week here in Florida but I found a gem hidden in the massive number of AC + service companies. I was in a bind and without any previous service with Air Docs I was treated with respect and urgency.
