From the moment this repairman entered my garage all he did was badmouth my A/C unit and high pressure me to buy one of their own brands. He called his boss on the cell phone put him on speaker and he also high pressured me into buying one of his A/C units. A total deal breaker for me. I'll never have come t o my house ever again.
Service personal was professional, when you can't service what you sell you get bad reviews.
Ax was leaking. Discovered the pan was cracked and the contractor that installed the Unit never registered it. The 10 year warranty doesn?t qualify. They quoted us in some other work we discussed and we are planned NG on having some of that work done.
