We were scheduled at 12:30 but arrived when they opened @ 10 am to see if we could move our appointment up. They gladly accommodated our request. They are very organized and helpful. Multiple employees helped us pick up dresses, capes and hats. We were not rushed at all. Our clothes and other belonging are put into a plastic bin and is stored until you are finished.
