We had a group of 8 and it was a last minute addition to our itinerary. We walked past the store and made a reservation for the following day. We spoke to the owner who was as fabulous as she is friendly. The next day we drove into town with an entire hour to park. Parking was a NIGHTMARE and some members of the group showed up about 40 minutes late to our reservation. I was nervous they were just going to cancel us, but they were so unbelievably kind about it. I had pre-booked our session online as I know how busy it gets in Salem in October. We were scheduled at 12:30 but arrived when they opened @ 10 am to see if we could move our appointment up. They gladly accommodated our request. They are very organized and helpful. Multiple employees helped us pick up dresses, capes and hats. We were not rushed at all.
