Employee Ryan clearly has some issues. Wouldn't want him around my children with views like that.
They have the privilege of operating this business on public property but they shake people down for more money or provide less value than advertised. We rented one umbrella and one chair online with no limitations provided. However, within five minutes one of the workers came over and said we had to rent both chairs and the umbrella in the "first row" .
