We did the dolphin tour. It took forever to get started because they were waiting for a couple other people to show up. Even though it says you must be on time. When the other people finally showed up they didn't have ID so they couldn't go anyway. The whole thing just felt rushed from there. Horrible place paid our money for the parasailing . Had 3 couples in our group. On the website it says we would get a 50 off coupon they tried to get around it. My wife convinced them that they were wrong we were told weight limits and that possible 2 people would have to fly separately which was fine I myself am 280 and I flew with my wife. False advertising! Lying about water & air conditions during this horrific time in Florida's ecological history, tells me everything I need to know about this place! I realize Florida tourism has been affected greatly by this disaster, but lying about it & endangering the health of your guests, isn't the way to recoup your losses.
