"Awesome customer service. I ordered a remanufactured turbo for my 2005 Volvo XC90. When it was discovered they had no more in stock. Customer service representative, JR, called me to let me know but then did everything he could to provide me an alternative product at minimal inconvenience to me. I later had to call to expedite my order. JR again worked his magic and had the product in my hands the next day; BTW did I say I live in Hawaii. Now that is a feat I can appreciate.
