"Update: Jonathan Velasco, Sales Supervisor reached out to me over the phone and made it right. I ordered a replacement turbo for my 2004 Passat TDI. The turbo was delivered in a timely manner. I paid $500 for the turbo, a discount of about 50% anywhere else. The shop installed it and then it failed. It cost me $497 to get a complete diagnosis to discover that the turbo was malfunctioning.
