"Turbocharger arrived nextday, price was only $500 vs the $1500 from dealership. Had slight problem with fit until I called tech support, they answered phone right away and gave me instructions on how to make simple adjustment. It now fits well and works great. "Update: Jonathan Velasco, Sales Supervisor reached out to me over the phone and made it right. I ordered a replacement turbo for my 2004 Passat TDI. The turbo was delivered in a timely manner. I paid $500 for the turbo, a discount of about 50% anywhere else. The shop installed it and then it failed. It cost me $497 to get a complete diagnosis to discover that the turbo was malfunctioning.
