RecommendedBeth was easy to work with & kept us informed of changes with our package. She was knowledgeable about parking and additional fees that were involved. Tiffany was the agent that assisted me with planning the perfect birthday vacation to Disney for my son. She was so patient, answered all of my many questions and phone calls. Even my panic call of I think I’m about to miss my flight!!! Thanks Tiff for being so great! He says it was the best birthday ever and hasn’t stopped talking about the trip.
We have used Travel by Beth a few times now and will continue to do so! Tiffany recently booked our Disney vacation, and I am SO grateful for her! I had tons of questions and she never made it seem like I was bothering her. We fell victim to the cancellation of our flights, and it was Tiffany that notified us IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT to let us know our flights were cancelled, not our airline! Absolutely AMAZING!! We booked our honeymoon to Jamaica through Stephanie and she did an amazing job. She found the perfect resort to meet our wants and made the travel and booking process stress free! Her communication was great and was able to help us with all our travel questions.
