RecommendedA lot of people question the value of using a travel agent. Yes it cost a little bit more. But I learned firsthand on this trip to Mexico, the absolute value of using someone. Our plane was delayed several times and then canceled and we were stuck in Cancun for an extra night. The airline had not told us what the plan was moving forward and I had very bad signal on the airport Wi-Fi. Nerves were a little bit high to say the least. RecommendedWe went to RIU Latino the first part of December and it was wonderful. We worked with Stephanie and she was so helpful and kept us posted as we got closer to our travel date as to what to do next. Everything went so smoothly which was so amazing as it was my sister’s first time to an all inclusive in quite a few years!
