We booked a trip to Cancun for back in April which was canceled due to COVID. Rebooked first June but ended having it canceled on May 4th. To this day we have yet to receive a full refund that we were told we would have with in 90 days. Lots of emails back and forth only to have received 1/2 of our money back and that took until the middle of August to receive. As we spoke about many times, Travel by Beth does not have your vacation investment but rather the travel supplier does and they have tried to refund your second credit card many times but it is rejected. This happens when a card number changes or similar circumstance. Believe me if we had your money we would have returned it a very long time ago.
