I honestly debated writing a review but after speaking with numerous others that used this agency with the same experience I decided to do it. We booked not 1 BUT 2 expensive to us trips in 2021. Made an appointment last week, everything was scheduled for 3:45pm on Tuesday. John Mills one of the agents cancelled on us 45 mins before our appointment, due to sickness. As a potential client I would have expected to be notified earlier in the day so we could reschedule another appointment asap.
We booked a trip to Cancun for back in April which was canceled due to COVID. Rebooked first June but ended having it canceled on May 4th. To this day we have yet to receive a full refund that we were told we would have with in 90 days. Lots of emails back and forth only to have received 1/2 of our money back and that took until the middle of August to receive. As we spoke about many times, Travel by Beth does not have your vacation investment but rather the travel supplier does and they have tried to refund your second credit card many times but it is rejected.
