I have been using Tidy Casa for a couple of months. They are prompt and reliable, however, the quality of the cleaning is just ok. Every time they fail to clean something. Also, they swiffer the floors but don't actually clean them. At the price they charge I feel they should at least mop the floors.
The service ranges from good to excellent, depending on who is sent. They never miss and the apartment is always clean and fresh after they are gone. Pricey, but reliable.
Excellent job, will use again.
It went well, very professional. Came on time & did a great job. But unfortunately it's too expensive for me.
The cleaning I requested did not go as well as it should have. First - Vanessa and the other cleaning person (didn't get their name, can't remember if it was given) entered my apartment without knocking. Needless to say, that instantly soured the relationship. It was noted on the booking form that this was a one-time cleaning and that someone would be home. This was also the First Time that I've ever used your service. I know having a disability makes getting around tricky, and it's frustrating when people can't be patient and leave before there's a chance to answer the door. The solution was to leave the door open so we could let ourselves in after being permitted. This was 100% done for our benefit, and we completely violated that trust. It wasn’t deep clean at all.
We paid extra for the move out cleaning of our house. 3 people showed up 40 minutes late and worked for an hour and a half. They performed a quick wet mop of the floors that cleaned very little. The bathroom showers were not particularly clean. The sinks were not done well. We could not see any improvement in the appearance of the toilets. This was an expensive service (almost $48/hr) for mediocre results.
