I've been a customer for many years and have had Superior out for spring replacements and even a complete new opener. Recently had them out to change out a bad wall button. We live approximately 40 minutes away. We were charged $175 for the service call alone and $49 for a $15 wall button. I understand everyone is feeling the pinch right now, but this seems way over what it should be. Not willing to use Superior again. I will take my chances elsewhere.

I had a broken spring on my door. When I called they said that they had a tech available, and he would be on the way. I live in Brownsburg, so from phone call to finish of the repair, it was less than 2 hours. I wouldn't expect it to be this fast every time, but my wife was sure glad she didn't have to park outside, since it was pouring down rain.

They not only fixed out door, they helped me over the phone the next day when my neighbors garage door opener started opening my door...lol. I would recommend them.
