On a cold, early wintery morning our garage door's large spring broke and door would not go up. I called Superior Garage Door Systems and by mid morning the same day the garage door spring was replaced and garage door serviced. Over several years, this rapid, friendly response to our needs has always been our experience. Service people are knowledgeable and friendly. Don't hesitate to call this company.

Chris was prompt, professional, and courteous. He had the new opener installed very quickly, performed maintenance on the door, and explained how everything worked. He made a follow up call the next day to check on customer satisfaction, and emailed a paid receipt. Would definitely use Superior again!
