This was my first experience with Superior Garage Door. When I called a very professional , polite serviceman (Zach) came to house and did a very thorough job. Afterwards, I called and talked to the owner and expressed how impressed I was with him. We live in a world where people express there displeasure in a job and not so much when someone does a good job. I will refer them to others. Thanks Zach! :)

When my 15 year old garage door folded in half due to lack of maintenance by the former owners of my newly purchased house, a friend suggested Superior Door. It was 5 PM when I first called and the office was closed...but at 7:30 the next morning they were returning my call, and at my house within 1/2 hour to survey the problem. They ordered a new door saying it would be in on the truck on Tuesday (this was a Wednesday),and reassured me that they did not need to replace the motor, chain or rails.
