Unfortunately I have had to use Superior Doors many times due to springs breaking, new door purchases, opener purchases! Our door get a LOT of use! Fortunately Superior has always provided us with exceptional service by friendly staff at reasonable prices. I don’t even think about shopping around! Usually receive same day service calls and on time!
We had an 'emergency' with our garage door. Repair person was at our home in one hour - diagnosed issue - and fixed problem! Not expensive either??
The spring on my garage door broke, I called Tuesday evening and left a message. Was contacted the next day, when Superior opened, within the hour the tech was at the house. Changed both springs, and did an adjustment. Great service and the tech was very professional. I would definitely recommend Superior for garage door needs.
