They didn’t call my insurance to do a pre-authorization then tried to tell me I owed the full amount since my insurance wouldn’t cover it. They wouldn’t respond to any emails asking for clarification either.

I had first written a very heart felt 5 star review for this company and Dr Safford as initially the whole team and experience seemed amazing. I was so thankful until I just wasn't. Now I've come back to tell you the truth about what's going on here. RecommendedI was very concerned about dental, because our insurance doesn't cover anything. Southridge Dental has a membership program that is cheaper than work dental insurance, and with that, the work I need to have done is affordable. The staff is professional, very caring, and so friendly--I felt like I'd known them for years. A great place!
