I used the U-store location on Vickery in Benbrook Tx for 3+ years... I completely recommend it. There is a lovely couple managing and living on the property. I felt absolutely safe leaving my stuff there!! So much so that I recommended a unit to my mother. She also had a unit there. the units offer you 24hr access to your items, locked up safely with alarms on every unit that would have gotten immediate attention, do to managers living on property. I give this place 5 stars!! no complaints!
Friendly staff, storage clean, every nice facility.
Being able to go in and out 24/7. If I have any concerns Barbara is right there to help. When Barbara is out the assistance manager steps in and does everything she can to make you feel at home. 😊
The manger is great. Place is kept always. Being 24 hours is a must for me. Everything I use to make my living is in there. having a alarm on each unit is good for me knowing my tools will be there the next time I need them.
I consider it a very safe facility I have had a unit here for many years with no issues the people who manage it are extremely nice

The managers are wonderful, very nice & great to work with! They are very professional & organized! Their units are clean, waterproof & even though they aren't temperature controlled, I have not had any issues with all I have stored. Deb H.
