Love Madison! I have had other units in other locations not USTOR and honestly can say that USTOR is the BEST! The price is right for the size, I like that its 24 hour access. I also love the staff.

The manager runs it in an efficient and vigilant manner which adds to the security of the the site and my personal space. He is always friendly and willing to work with a customer if needed. Personal items usually only carry sentimental value but he protects each one as if his own. he also ensures that rules are followed. In addition, he follows up on complaints filed. All if these factors put my mind at ease. I have been a pleased customer for several years. Thank you, Rocky 👍
