We're located in Anacortes Washington which is 90 minutes north of Seattle and easily reached from Bellingham, Burlington, Mount Vernon, Whidbey Island, Camano Island, San Juan Island, and Lopez Island Washington.

Our family of 4 had a terrific experience with R&R today. They worked with us as best they could regarding the tides and our schedule. We saw amazing things and caught so many fish it was too fast to keep count. They fileted our keepers and we had a great fish fry. Thanks R&R and we would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Went halibut fishing with Captain Brett and 3 other people on April 24, 2021 and had a great experience. Brett is very friendly and a professional captain. We were fishing in about 45 minutes from leaving the dock. I caught a 21 lb. halibut about 20 minutes later. Fish was cleaned, skinned, filleted, and vacuum sealed that same day. By far the freshest and best tasting fish ever. Highly recommend R&R/Highliner Charters. I will definitely be going again.
We came from North Idaho for the day just to salmon fish with R&R Charters. We had an amazing time! Brett was extremely knowledgeable about the area, tides, bait, etc... As a bonus, we even returned home with a cooler full of crab. We'll definitely be back!
Rick was captain. Very personal. Did everything he could to get fish on. Grandson caught the big fish of the day. Was a great day!!!!
Went out with Nick coho fishing in Deception Pass, had a great time! We caught some really nice coho! I will go fishing with R and R again, hopefully be able to make it a yearly event! Thank you Patty, Nick and R and R Charters for everything!!!
Brett was our captain. very friendly and helpful, knew all the other local fishermen that was in the same spot. He made the whole trip fun, and exciting. Great experience, want to do it again. only thing I would want changed would be to mark the fish one caught so they could know they were going home with the actual fish they caught.
