I called at 6am after a long night with no AC and a cranky baby. Dispatch said they would get someone out to me later in the morning. Spencer was there by 8;30 and called to give me a 30 min heads up. He was great, he assessed the unit and was very thorough and explained that we would need a new unit. I have been having issues with my AC unit and brought in other companies to look at it but we couldn’t find the problem. Bryce looked at it and right away knew the problem. He was very knowledgeable about his job. He explained everything he was doing very thoroughly. He even gave me suggestions on how to address additional problems I was having with my HVAC.
