David Duncan my technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I have only been in my house for one year. He explained features about my system that I didn’t know about. I will be calling if I need anything done to my system.

Our furnace went out last night. Called Bryant and they sent out a tech by nine this morning. The tech did a thorough job checking out our furnace. Determined the furnace was fine but felt that we needed a 125 breaker replaced since it kept being tripped. Of course it happens on the coldest day. Called again and they had another technician out within the hour. Michael the technician did a great job, even had to run across town to get the right breaker. We made the right decision being a club member. Very happy.

David serviced both of our furnaces. He arrived on time and was very polite. When he finished, he explained in detail and with pictures the status of our 17 year old furnace. We had our upstairs furnace and air conditioner replaced by Bryant in 2022. We are very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend!

I needed a chandelier hung in a room with no electricity to the ceiling and they were able to quickly give me an estimate which was very reasonable and he was able to start the work immediately. He was in and out from inspection to complete installation in about three hours. Michael was very polite, very efficient and very neat. And I would highly recommend!
