Chris came yesterday 4/16 to fix my plumbing. He was here on time & got my sink faucet repaired in no time.
I called at 6am after a long night with no AC and a cranky baby. Dispatch said they would get someone out to me later in the morning. Spencer was there by 8;30 and called to give me a 30 min heads up. He was great, he assessed the unit and was very thorough and explained that we would need a new unit.
