Excellent customer service from William coming out first thing on a bitterly cold Sunday morning to diagnose the problem. To Peter coming to repair the unit and realizing one of the parts needed was not ordered. He tried to obtain the part to no avail and it had to be ordered. Bryant heating and air tech fixed our Mitsubishi split unit yesterday. Not only was he knowledgeable, he answered our questions to our satisfaction and got the unit fixed, Very courteous as well. The service fee shocked us, as we were expecting a much higher fee, Thanks to the Bryant team who got our heat back.
