Call them first! It is worth every penny and more to have guaranteed licensened professional contractors doing the work that keeps your home running. I didn't call them first...but ended up calling them after an unlicensed person did plumbing work at my home. Bryant sent master plumber Willie J. to assess, educate, and show me what I needed to know about the situation before I ever signed for the work to be done. I have box floor heaters and one of them quit working. When I called to make an appointment, they were available the same day. (In the middle of December!!) Unfortunately I was not, but scheduled for the next day. Brandon was the service tech. He was able to get my furnace working again in no time! Very satisfied with the service, and highly recommend! I will definitely use Bryant Heating again!!
