They were excellent. The sales experience was informative and didn’t feel pressured. The installers were friendly and efficient. HVAC repairs aren’t fun and cause a lot of financial stress, but the Bryant team worked with us and helped us understand all our options.

I’ve been using Bryant for my heat/ac needs since moving to the Louisville area. They’ve always been punctual and done outstanding work. When they offered a free electrical inspection, I jumped on the opportunity to get a chronic problem of tripping circuit breakers addressed. They quickly identified the issue and laid out a correction plan and provided a detailed estimate. I’m happy to say the work is done and I will be testing every outlet to assure the issue is resolved!

Took a week or two to get them here but only took an hour or two to take down a couple ceiling fans once they determined they weren’t fixable. $214
