If my rating is supposed to be about the technician alone I would have to give him 5-stars. He was very professional and friendly. I believe his name was Juan, and he was very thorough in his inspection and located the problem very quickly. He made sure to explain things to us clearly and made us feel absolutely comfortable about the work. We were covered by our warranty and only had a to pay a little for the technician to come out. Mark came to my house for a tune up/maintenance appointment. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He gave me advice on how to keep my house cooler and even found a water bottle in my blower motor! Highly recommend.

Our condensation pump went out, I called Bryant Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric around 9pm on Friday night I spoke to Diane C*******, she was very pleasant and she scheduled a visit for Saturday morning. Saturday morning I received a call from Jason B********, letting me know that he would be arriving in about 25 minuets, Jason, was very professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the situation. Jason came out on a Saturday morning, arrived on time and knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you Jason, and Diane.
