Bryant installed our gas furnace and air conditioner about 6 years ago, and both have been working great. We just had their tech Adam out to do our seasonal air conditioning tune up and everything went perfect. We signed up for their new membership plan which costs only $10/month, and that includes two tune-ups - - spring air-conditioning and fall furnace tune-up + discounts if anything needs repairing. Had a power fault to the house that took out the HVAC. They were right out, assessed the issues, and gave several solutions to rectify the problem. Ended up with a new furnace that was installed the next day. All the employees were polite and professional. Would have been five stars, but they had to come back out to fix a wiring issue.
