Prompt and courteous response to my service request . The technician was efficient and helpful in answering questions.
I had a check and clean on my furnace on Tuesday 10/15/24 and Deo was the assigned Technician for the job. He did a great job and was very proficient. Deo noticed there was an issue with my HVAC pipes and needed to be repaired. I was very pleased he notified me about the problem and has been scheduled to be repaired. I always go to Bryant for all my heating and cooling needs! Charlie was very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond on my servicing by showing me how everything powered on and waking me through what everything meant and the efficiency of my equipment. Also provided additional information on how the heat flowed to some problem areas of my home after setting me up with a much need new thermostat!
