This was my first experience using Bryant to service my HVAC and I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable technicians. I initially called for my unit to be maintenance because I noticed the cooling performance had become marginal at best. As the technician Zack was performing his duties, he explained every aspect of the diagnosis and showed me why my unit had failed to preform up to standard. I want to thank Devon ******* for the professional and timely service. I had a problem with my thermostat and he found the problem right away. He explained what caused my problem in lay terms that I could understand. While service calls make me nervous DeVon helped lessen the pain as I wrote out my check. His knowledge and the visuals he shared helped me to better understand how my HVAC really works. I so appreciated his services.

Our electricity had to be cut off at the street because of a rusted and burnt main wire coming into the house behind the meter. My disabled husband could not stay at home with no electricity because he depends on a machine at night. I spent hours calling individuals and businesses to get someone to repair but everyone was booked weeks or months out. When I contacted Bryant I was put on the schedule the next day. My furnace stopped doing the ‘heating’ thing last winter. I waited till now to have it checked out, before old man winter returns. Turns out, the ‘inducer motor’ on my 8 year old furnace gave out.
