The technician, Zach, was on time and professional. He gave me a tip about staging the heat pump so the emergency heat doesn't kick on. That's probably going to save me more than the cost of the service.

We lost power to part of our home this past Sunday evening. We thought it may have been related to a new Furnace we had installed 5 days prior. So we had Bryant HVAC come out to inspect the furnace to see if that was the cause to our partial power outage. After inspecting the furnace it was found not to be the culprit of our lack of partial power. So The Bryant HVAC gentleman called one of the Bryant electricians to come out and he was wonderful!
