Service technician, Mark, came and fixed a surge protector that went out on my unit. He thoroughly explained the uses of them that I didn’t initially get when they were installed. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very kind and understanding of my concerns. He did a fantastic job and I recommend Bryant for their services.

My dad noticed a sound that my AC unit was making that is not normal. He called Bryant and they were able to send someone out same day to take a look. Mark happened to be our technician, he had a vast wealth of knowledge and knew what parts needed to be ordered and replaced in order to get my system up and running!

We use Bryant Heating and Cooling for our home’s spring (A/C) and fall (heat/furnace) check-ups each year. They always do great work and are very reliable. Bryant Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace today (11-13-23). The technicians were fantastic! They provided detailed information on the installation process. All of my questions were answered. In addition they were so pleasant and thoughtful. I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to call again.
