Mark S******, the HVAC Service Tech that Bryant Heating & Cooling sent to my house, was able to quickly identify the problem that was causing the unusual sound I'd been hearing from my furnace. Unfortunately, since my furnace is over 40 years old, it will not be a cheap fix, but Mark did offer me 2 options for dealing with the issue, one a less expensive, not as long-lasting option, and the other a permanent, more expensive one. Scheduled a appointment for routine maintenance on my furnace. Received a call from David letting me know he will be arriving in 40 minutes. David was polite and got straight to work with inspecting and cleaning the furnace. During his visit he discussed maintenance plan options and discussed indoor air quality products. After he finished the inspection and cleaning, he went over everything that was done.
