David (from OK) was very thorough in his winter maintenance check for our Carrier furnace. He informed us of a couple of things that may need attention in the near future and should be watched. Also, he confirmed that there is a recall on a part if it becomes defective. He checked and cleaned everything. He explained all his comments to us in detail.
