I needed extensive work done on my central air unit, a job that required a few hours that began while I was still at work. Having completed all the outside work needed on my unit, the repairman waited patiently until I got home from work to finish what needed to be done inside. Took 20 minutes more than I expected to arrive home…Big shout out to Jeff for waiting for me to get home to complete all the repairs… job well done!
