Such helpful staff. It was such an easy purchase from shopping At the store to home delivery. Excellent follow up.
Our salesperson Mike Quimby did an excellent job from his greeting and throughout the sale. We did have a mix up on the order however that split it and did cause us some difficulty. In addition when you delivered the 1st delivery it was raining and the sofa piece was not covered.

Our Sales associate Manny was amazing. He helped us find our new furniture set and get it ordered and scheduled for delivery. He even worked with the delivery drivers to get it to us as quickly as possible. Thanks Manny!!
Gave us time to look around. Very kind and reasonable service. Delivery people were nice, helpful, and efficient. Only downside (not huge) is that my 2nd last name is spelled incorrectly. It’s Heinke, not Hankey. Manny was our sales associate, and he’s not listed below.

This is the 2nd time I have bought a piece of furniture from Rife. Not only are we happy with our purchases, we are very pleased with your customer service and Rife sales people.
