We were treated quite well. The sales agents were helpful, knowledgeable about their products, & willing to get deliveries set up for your convenience, not theirs. A good experience, and decent pricing. The salesmen, managers, & delivery people deserve a five star rating, but the location and access during heavy traffic hours is horrendous.
We were looking to add 2 more end tables to our living room. I called the Rifes store in Eugene, Oakway, and spoke with a gentleman named Chris, and explained we were looking to match existing tables. Within minutes he had located 2 tables at another location. Being over 100 miles from the location that had the tables, Chris had the tables shipped to our local store, where we will be able to purchase them. AWESOME Customer Service ! Best prices in town and excellent customer service! They ordered, treated & delivered a couch I found online that another store across town carried & Rife’s price was hundreds less than the other store, even with delivery & removal of my old couch. They’re awesome!
We had a great shopping experience, no pressure, a good selection and Oregon made products. The delivery team were friendly, efficient and on time. We have purchased in the past and probably will in the future.
Totally appreciated Mike Morales putting up with my questions and doing the research to come up with the answers! Found the store very comfortable with a welcoming environment. Delivery took a little longer than anticipated, but once on the schedule all was delivered and set up in a timely manner. His name is not included below. (?) I was assisted by Mike Morales.
Paul, our salesman was knowledgeable and pleasant. We got a great price on a Stanton product and was even happier with it in our home then in the store. Was kinda hoping delivery would not take almost a week, but overall a good experience. Like that Rife’s is local and Stanton is an Oregon product. Great warranty. Also, have had good experience with a repair on a chair that we purchased there earlier.

The gentleman that waited on us in Riwas helpful, congenial, and he knew the articles we were interested in. The delivery of our merchandise was on time, and the gentlemen that delivered our furniture were huge and handled our merchandise with extreme care and ease. They completed the delivery in record time.
