Couch is great! Came when they said and took the old one away
We had a great experience at Rife's in Roseburg. It took us awhile to find living room furniture that would fit in our tiny living room. Uly was great to work with - very knowledgeable about the products and the process (we had to place a special order), patient, and not pushy at all. He also followed up with us and kept us informed every step of the way. The furniture was ready weeks before we were expecting it, which was awesome. And the delivery guys were great too. An all around great experience - we will be back!

I picked up my table I ordered, got it home, and it was the wrong color. Apparrantly the warehouse mislabled my box. But Rifes made it right and brought me my table correct color the following day and picked up the wrong one. I was happy it was already put together for me. Its great quality and I looked at 5 other stores for something I wanted all which were more expensive and not the quality of this one. I got a good deal and I am happy. And I love looking in their upstairs clearance sections.
Neil was great. Financing options were great. Love our new furniture.
Courteous and helpful sales person. Delivery was happily sooner than expected and delivery person was great!
