Everyone we talked to or worked with did an excellent job. The person we ordered with was very informative and helpful. When we picked up our ottoman the store members were friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that no one called when it came in. I would still go to Rife’s for future furniture needs.
Andrew was attentive, but not intrusive. Allowed me to look around and then took time to answer all my questions. He was very efficient and the transaction was smooth and pleasant. He additionally ordered a rug for me, which I received today. The gentlemen who delivered the couch and love seat were very careful in handling and placing the items. Very patient with us and knowledgeable! Very helpful and spent lots of time with us. Didn’t try to sell us more expensive than we wanted. Was kind and not pushy!
Tracey was great as always. Very helpful and patient with us. We have bought several pieces of furniture now from Rife's and have not been disappointed yet.
Uly was very helpful and knowledgable about the mattresses and accessories. He helped us select the best mattress for our needs. He also scheduled a free delivery and set-up. Rife has their own delivery service and the two met that delivered were on time and very careful about the set-up. Also, we got a Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill plush mattress. This mattress is top-end and the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned.
Everyone was nice and business minded as well. Neil was very nice and had good knowledge of the product we purchased. The young men that delivered our furniture were very polite as well as speedy and acted in a very business like manner.
Great customer service. The salesman really listened to our needs on a mattress. Thanks so much! 😃
