The guys were very nice and worked great.
I like that they're not pushy. When we was ready for help someone was there. They answered all our questions. They weren't snobbish or haughty when we left the first time. We like to look first see what's out there. We came back because we liked #1 the furniture is built in the USA. It's nice to see something made in the USA instead of China or Mexico etc. They gave us room, let us look and waited for the right time to ask if we needed help. Great service nice employees
The presentation and sales approach was professional, low key, but with great care and assistance. A great salesmen who should be a role model for others, personally and professionally.
We were given our space and not hounded which I loved! At the same time, David was always near to answer questions, check on us and then help us get financing. Later, we had to return a part of our purchase as it didn't fit in the space we purchased it for. Again, the staff was super helpful, made sure to ask clarifying questions to help protect our warranty on the other purchase and handled our return with ease. I will definitely return to Rife's again for my future furniture needs.
Our sells person had the right amount of attentiveness and distance needed to help us not feel pressured or smothered.
