Attentive and knowledgeable. Didn't oversell but did tell us all options including other less expensive options. Very happy with results. Pickup and delivery were painless and the personnel on the truck were very pleasant.

Andrew at the Roseburg Oregon was very helpful and polite. and let us browse at our leisure and answered all our questions and was available when we were ready to make our purchase
Very smooth, no high pressure sales. We came in looked at beds , asked questions and came back 2 weeks later and bought the bed, after shopping around Rifes was a little cheaper and way more friendly.
