They were very knowledgeable and attentive. Now we have a beautiful new sofa!
We tried the lift recliner in the store and liked it very much. Went home and talked about it. The next day I called and purchased it. I had told them I was having total hip surgery in a week and they made sure it was in our home in plenty of time. Good service and very nice delivery men.
The service was great, and the price was right when we purchased a side table at Rife's Furniture. The price beat on-line and local furniture stores for the same product. We are return-customers, and we will return again.
Friendly and nice selection
Neil was very helpful, gave me time to sample mattresses, answered my questions. My bed was delivered on time, they called when in route, took my old set and installed the new. I needed the bed lowered, and Rife's sent someone out the next day. Love my bed, and very pleased with the service.
Andrew Taylor at your Roseburg store was very goog in helping us purchase our bedroom set. The delivery people were also very good. We will purchase any future items from your store here in Roseburg for sure.
Neil Meyer helped me find the right bed for me, answering all my questions and giving me time to try out each mattress. The delivery men arrived when promised, removed my old furniture and set-up my bed efficiently.
Got a new bed that is so much better than my old one, and without any problems!
