We initially met James at the Indianapolis Auto Show and were impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the new Kia models. We were looking for a vehicle with capacity to tow a trailer with up to 3000 pound load. We checked out all of the dealers, makes and models that were available at the show. This is actually the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Everyone is friendly, they work as a team to make sure your car buying experience is pleaseant, let's face it that experience is not ususally pleasant. Even though I actually only worked with Kevin Powell and Rick Smith the others are always nice. I had not been to the dealership in 1 1/2 years but when I walked in they said hello to me, by name. Thanks to Kevin and Kent my husband and I were able to lease a new vehicle even without the best credit rating. They worked with us to get the payments to an amount that we could afford and also made it possible to not have to make a payment until after Christmas. Thanks to the folks at Ray Skillman I'm driving a vehicle that otherwise, at a different location, I may not been able to lease. Thanks again guys!!! You ROCK
