Excellent. Good listener and explains well. I feel well 2 days after procedure and hope to improve. Have a follow up to discuss results

Unfortunately I developed extreme back pain. Surgery was my last resort. After seeing and being treated by Dr. Helmi, I know know there are other options. I cannot express how much he has helped me. I can walk and function almost normally. I am not drugged up everyday. I would highly recommend Dr Helmi for pain treatment.
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Helmi and his office. Staff is wonderful, warm and efficient. The wait is short to acceptable as with most offices. And most importantly Dr. Helmi is excellent, As a matter of personal policy, I do not make recommendations. In this case I would make an exception.
I have been to pain specialists for years. Dr. Helmi and his P.A. Lucy are attentive and pay attention to each patient and their needs. I got the treatmentsunami I needed and have been able to wean off pain meds. I can honestly say I have full faith in this office to help me and work for my best interests while reducing pain. I would recommend this office to anyone who (sadly) needs to see a pain specialists.
He is such a bad doctor just terrible do not go with him. He doesn’t care at all
Doctor Helmi is a wonderful doctor. After about 5 years with him this year his front desk staff has treated me like a child. His office manager is no better. She refuses to listen or understand what it is you’re trying to say. I wrote Dr. Helmi a personal letter to tell him I was leaving because of his front desk staff and his office manager. very nonchalant. Staff does not communicate with patients and are insensitive to their patients and patients concerns. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service! Their lack of knowledge and lack of proper communication. The experience that I have had lets me know that the genuinely do not care about their patients!
One of the worst Dr experiences. I moved here with all of my medical records and MRIS established already. Chronic conditions such as diabetes with neuropathy, lupus with chronic inflammation, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, cervical thoracic and Lumbar herniation with radiculopathy, and myofascial pain syndrome. I guess it I wasn't in enough pain that day specifically to elicit a compassionate dr. Too bad I can't tell the rest of the story space is limited here.
