I had not been to Dr Helmi for about three years. His new office is great right off the 215 a short distance. His staff is very friendly and helpful.. Dr Helmi listens to you and is very thorough. I never feel rushed when I see him. He’s the best.
They were really wonderful. There was a glitch during the surgery and I passed out, but they took excellent care of me. I just have trouble with needles. I would highly recommend this team of people. Really efficient too. I had to wait a bit to get into the surgery, but I was in a bed with a warm blanket, so the waiting was easy. Shelley Bonte
Dr. Ruggeroli is absolutely wonderful! Listens carefully and only recommends what is necessary for your wellbeing. He is the most honest pain specialist I’ve ever encountered. His staff is very professional, competent, attentive, and prompt in taking care of patients.
Doctor was pleasant and seemed to actually care about the health and well being of the patient rather than practicing “assembly line” medicine. Additionally the telephone staff, especially Claudia, was the most courteous, pleasant, and helpful that I have dealt with. The entire practice was a breath of fresh air. Thank you.
Not only was staff extremely professional and supportive but the facility was very clean and welcoming. Dr. Nader Helmi was very thorough with his assessment, personable, also professional, and straight forward. I knew I was in great hands of a true professional. Despite the circumstances, everyone made my experience comforting. I appreciate everyone here.
