Dr Ruggeroli is the most compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and tenacious pain management professional you’ll ever meet. He doesn’t give up until you have relief. Office staff members are pleasant, fun when appropriate, and professional. They, too, care about you and your experience.
I've been going to Pain Specialists of Nevada for nearly 20 years. Everyone from the Receptionist to the PA'S and Dr. Helmi are amazing. The people make this practice special. I feel like I am seeing old friends when I have an appointment. They are efficient and compassionate which can be a difficult combination to find these days. I'd like to send a special shout out to Michelle, the ever friendly Receptionist and Gina, my PA. You won't be disappointed with anyone in this office. I highly recommend Pain Specialists!
Beginning with the front desk: Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Same for the nurse and doctor. I felt like I was in good hands. Everything was explained to me and when I left, I had a problem navigating the curb. I was assisted to my car. I would highly recommend them!
I love this place!! The staff is so helpful, friendly and caring. Dr Helmi listens to you and spends the time needed with you. He addresses your pain problems and explains in a way that is understandable. He is professional, put me at ease and I feel safe in their hands. Gina the PA is fabulous as well. So professional, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend LV Pain Management. You won’t feel like just a number with 15 minutes of time as I did at another pain center.
I could hardly walk into the office the pain was so bad. Dr. Helmi is the greatest! Had an epidural and walked out pain free! A little discomfort in my lower back, but no pain. Within a short amount of time, that was gone too! Yahoo, I feel human again.
