Last week I had some issues with my Rav4. Lorenzo Amos took care of every problem and explained everything even though it was very busy. He is always kind and professional no matter what's going on. All I can say without going into a lot of details is that I will always own a RAV4 as long as they make them and I will always insist on Lorenzo being my tech guy as long as he's there.
