The vehicle, a used van was delivered in as good condition as promised. It was also serviced before delivery. We are very happy with the Dealership. The staff was cordial and very helpful.

Car delivery very prompt even with one accessory added. Chevy Bolt is all I hoped it would be. Salesman very knowledgeable about the operation of the car.

I contacted 12 Chevy dealers via email and MK Smith was the only one that was completely honest as to what they had on the lot. When went went to see their stock I was very impressed with salesman Jessie, low pressure and he was very knowledgeable. Our buying experience was completely positive and we will refer anyone who is looking to buy a Chevrolet vehicle.

I had a really good experience everything was explained really well I understood everything and Xsavier the person who helped me did a great job communicating throughout the whole process.
Not to pleased with the somewhat pressure of the vehicle I ended up purchasing being off to the auction the following morning if I didn’t purchase it at that moment. Not only did the dealer raise the price from Monday night to Tuesday night by $1500, on a vehicle that was to be sent off to the auction Wednesday morning, the negotiating was take it or leave in most respects.
