Friendly Amazing Awesome excellent service. Couldn’t ask for a better team. Thank you for such amazing hospitality. Everyone that was in the building was so welcoming and so helpful. We had out 2 year old with us and all the employees helped entertaining him and making him feel welcome as well. Super !!!!

M.K. Smith made us an amazing offer on a pre-owned 2015 Toyota Sienna. We had an issue with the windshield and they put a brand new one on it. We took issue with some paint chips and scuffs around the body. They had their detailers take care of all those. No questions asked. They bent over backwards for us. Incredible experience.
Allen,Edmund in sales and Paul in service are top notch. They are respectful and really believe in the family business of M.K. I had been wanting to get a car from your dealership but never could afford the pricing. I had a trade in and they kept working it until I could swing the deal on a sweet Colorado. I get my cars serviced there and want to deal at MK so in a couple of years I will have lease cars to turn in and want to get them from you.
Steve our salesman was the absolute best and Joe in finance was also great! Two top notch guys. We received excellent service from both guys

We wanted to buy our leasing, unfortunately our case was not simple, but professional service, and very nice and friendly employees, helped us get through it and finally we were able buy our car! They will answer every question you ask. I highly recommend this place!!
The purchase process was very easy. Everything went well. Afterward, they informed me that the vehicle has a recall issue and needed to be brought back. Steve informed us that he would schedule an appointment for us on Friday and let us know the time. I didn't hear back so I texted Gorge who was the original contact for an update on the appointment and silence. No response received and now it is two days later. I guess we will have to follow up.
