Good The rooms were small, but we didn’t mind because it was just 2 adults for a weekend trip. Staying with family might get cramped. Also, the rooms needed a good cleaning. The walls and doors were really dirty and dingy. The baseboards were caked with dust. Owe actually had to open the windows when we got there to let air out the musty smell. Beds were comfortable. We’d stay there again for a quick weekend trip. Awesome location, great on-site parking.

Had a great time. The noise of the ac unit set to economy. Could not change it. Didn't like location of 1st room, and the check-in woman was excellent and had a room closer and we got to change the rooms. Staff was friendly and efficient. We could walk to the bars and restaurants.

See above Through no fault of the motel, it can get noisy at night sometimes. Lots of motorcycles going by on busy street this last visit at night can interfere with sleep. Otherwise, this trip was excellent and I will return. I've been coming here for about 8 years now. Great location just one block from boardwalk. Rooms always clean & staff very friendly. Great value.

Great location, right at the main entrance to the boardwalk. The room was very small, tiny bathroom, but it is an older property, so it is to be expected. There was a rotten spot right as you step in the bathroom. They had tried to fix it with duct tape, so it was a squishy spot with sticky tape to stick to your foot as you step in. Hopefully will be repaired soon, before someone’s foot goes through! Great location, one block away from the boardwalk. Convenient parking. The staff are all very nice.
