Disgusting service, went there on 9th Jan to buy a sportage demo, got talked into paying extra $500 for a new sportage sx, not realising until about to sign that it was unavailable told could be delivered end that week, if not expected end of next week, put delivery date on contract as 30Jan, "end of month as we do with all contracts but you will have your car before then" we even got bank cheque and insured the car on 20th Jan as we had VIN number etc and didn't want a holdup on delivery Tried to get out of contract early F... read more

While booking I have been told over the phone that it will take only an hour for the service and airbags change but when I reached there I have been told it wil be around 2 hours and in reality it took exactly 3 hours! Moreover they don't keep spare tyres so they didn't change my flat one in the boot needing replacement which was known at the commencement of the service. Neverthless, they helped me in getting wifi connection (although interrupted couple of times) so that I could work on important office matters from the wait... read more

Absolutely appalling customer service!! I left my car with Northside Honda to have minor repairs done. The job was completely botched, necessitating two tows. After contacting the “Service” manager I have been given the run around for three months and only after contacting the Office of Fair Trade, did they agree to refund the cost of the repairs… BUT… now I’m getting the run around with the refund. HONDA – you need to up your game in terms of customer service.

Due to the quality of car servicing I received, I transferred permanently to Northside Honda. The office support is second to none and the quality of products used in the vehicle were far superior to our local alternative. I'd buy Honda again simply due to this follow-up; the team have gone out of their way when some warranty and another issue arose. Thanks Honda Northside : )

Really dodgy sales tactics. Offer an amazing deal and waste hours and hours of your time and then say they can't do anything like that price. Incredibly frustrating and upsetting. I don't know how they sell to anyone by upsetting and disappointing their customers. I would have paid a bit more or looked at a lower model if they hadn't jerked us around so much. Now just seeing a Honda irritates me. Please save yourself a lot of time and energy and go somewhere else.

Worst salesmen, unbelievably rude and would not recommend to anyone. Would rather buy a car for $5000 more elsewhere than buy from them. The only reason we went there was because of a sales staff called Charisse who was good but she was on holidays when we went again and the two sales staff we dealt with later were the worst kind you'd ever deal with. They were pushy and insulting. Do not go here.

Complete waste of time, get you in by advertising a car well below list, when you get there the car has just been sold, then offer ever lower price on "another" car they have yet to get in, once you agree to a silly price to sign on the day ( allow at least a hour for this) they then say they can't sell it for that price. I call it a waste of time. With the other review below it does look like they are consistent. Try any other Honda dealer.
