Recently, my wife and I purchased a 2026 Sportage GT-Line from Northside KIA in Brisbane. While the sales staff were very helpful while we were still deciding whether to buy, their attitude changed as soon as we had bought the car. I had to beg them to send me warranty documents. I have questions about various features, but they do not bother to answer. I could not recommend this dealer.

3 months after having a car towed into Nundah Kia. We finally have got it back. My summary is 1. leave a message on their phone you have a 20% chance of being called back 2. don't expect a phone call when your care is ready, but they will expect you to turn up before 5 o'clock knowing it is ready 3. Get your engine 'fixed' in August and you will be back with a car that doesn't work on the tow truck in December. 4. Hi I called the service team for my Kia Sorento second service (15,000km). The service person Olivia who attended the phone was so rude and she offered me a service after 1 month. I told her my car is about to reach the km soon and also asked her why you didn’t mention these kinds of delay prior because my first service done with a 2 days notice period.
