It was a great experience there, despite of many customers they were dealing with, I was greeted promptly and my car was serviced so quickly and efficiently. I felt my car's performance has improved right away when I drove off the Northside Honda building. They vacuumed my car, oiled my tires, and cleaned externally, my car was shining and looked brand-new, my heart jumped when I saw my car coming out of the service, just like on the day she was mine! Thank you Northside Honda, great service.

I purchased a new HR-V from Northside Honda.The Staff were a pleasure to deal with, especially the sales person Trent, who went to great lengths to get me into the vehicle I wanted, without being pushy . The follow up contact and service Northside Honda has given me has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Northside Honda exceeded my expectations with the 10,000k service on my HRV. Completed within an excellent time frame, cleaned inside and out, and served by very pleasant staff. I continue to be delighted with my vehicle and will certainly stick with Northside Honda.

I recently had my Accord serviced at Northside Honda for the first time and they were great. Friendly, helpful, very communicative. They rang me with a full report including costs before doing anything. Very happy with the service and will use them in future. More generally, I've been a Honda customer for 10 years. I used to own a Civic, which developed a fault in the gearbox. Honda repaired it at their cost. The car was out of warranty, they could have passed the cost to me but they stood by their product. this is our first new car through North side Honda, it was joyful experience, so relaxed no pressure. the sale staff were fantastic. the car service department are so wonderful and doing fantastic job looking after the customer.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon to look at a demo Civic however when I just stepped into the show room it started hailing. They couldnt do me a deal I wanted on the demo car and I didnt want it after the hail storm so we started bargaining on a new car. I had an idea of what price I was willing to pay for the new car and we bargained until we got close to the price I wanted.
